The termite report looks for traces of infestation in the building and its surroundings, in the areas where a prefectoral order makes it compulsory.
What we check
- Accessible timber, frames and skirting boards
- Cellars, ground floors and outbuildings
- The garden up to ten metres around the building
Good to know
The report is valid six months: order it once the buyer is found.
