The diagnostics
Energy performance report
The A to G rating of the home, required for every sale and every rental, and registered with ADEME.
Asbestos survey
Required when the building permit was issued before 1 July 1997: we look for materials that may contain asbestos.
Lead survey
Required for homes built before 1949: we measure the lead in paint, wall by wall.
Electrical installation
Required when the installation is over 15 years old: we check the points that can be dangerous for the occupants.
Gas installation
Required when the gas installation is over 15 years old: pipes, appliances and ventilation.
Termites
Required in the areas defined by prefectoral order: we look for traces of termites in the wood.
Floor area
The Carrez area for the sale of a flat in a condominium, the habitable area for a rental.
Energy audit
Required for the sale of a house rated E, F or G: the works to reach a better rating, in steps.
Why you can trust the report
Certified, domain by domain
Energy, asbestos, lead, electricity, gas, termites: each domain requires its own certification, renewed and checked. Our numbers are in the official directory.
Independent
The law forbids any link with the seller, the agency or a company that could do the works. We have none.
Insured
A professional liability insurance covers our reports. The certificate is attached to the file you hand to the notary.
Energy report registered
Every energy performance report is registered with ADEME and receives a number that anyone can check.
Only what the law requires
The diagnostics depend on the year of construction, the age of the installations and the location. We do not sell those you do not need.
A report you understand
After the visit, we explain the results in plain words: what is serious, what is not, and what a buyer or a tenant will read.
